North Carolina ARES - Area 13

ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Services) is affiliated with the ARRL (Amateur Radio Relay League).  The purpose
of ARES is to provide communications in the public service in times of emergencies or disasters and to support
Emergency Management services including FEMA and the American Red Cross.
